On September 26th, the 16th China East China Sea International Crystal Festival was held in the East China Sea Crystal City. Relying on unique crystal resources, Donghai County has gone from "aligning with the world" to "advancing globally", and a prosperous industrial chain for the people is becoming increasingly long. There are over 3400 crystal processing enterprises in the county, with over 7000 engaged in crystal sales. The annual output of 90 million crystal handicrafts exceeds 34 billion yuan, driving over 300000 people to become wealthy.

The 16th China East China Sea International Crystal Festival is jointly organized by the China Jewelry and Jade Jewelry Industry Association and the Lianyungang Municipal Government. With the theme of "Water Charm, East China Sea Crystal Shines the World", it is divided into three series: industry promotion, economic and trade investment, and cultural promotion.
